If you want to reach league 1 fast, there's a trick. Everytime you could get boost powder do so. Don't spend it, save as much as you can. The same goes for guild points. Enlist to one guild high in ranks and participate in Turf Wars, unlock bonuses in the guild, make shure the boost bonus is unlocked. Whenever you feel ready and have amassed lots of powder and guild points activate the boost bonus in your guild and activate other bonuses benefical to your main squad (upgrade power, defense, etc.) then go to the squad section and boost your squad members with powder as much as you can. You have seven days of activated bonuses and a legion of squad junkies to achieve league 1.

Also try to play PvP between 3am and 4am because it happened to me that at that hours everybody is asleep and the CPU put me against really weak 'Adams' (one after another, after another, after another, it was crazy!!!) and here I am, level 1 league.
