Hi there, this has got to be one of the most frustrating things to find in the whole of Blackmarsh:)What you need to know is that the location of the treasury key and the location of the clue that leads you there can be found in one of THREE different places depending on which trigger you hit when you first enter the King's Court Hub. The hub has three virtual lines and crossing any one of them will decide how the rest of the game progresses - now I am doing this from memory, so please excuse if I get it wrong:(1) Clue - Hidden Diary in the Stable, telling you to dig between the tree and the forge.(2) Look in the freezer of the Meat Shop, which will tell you to seek the key where the water runs uphill, ie. The fountain in the palace(3) Look for the clue in the basement of the Inner Courtyard for a letter from a man called Anthony - find his corpse and you will find the Treasury Key as well.Hope this helps.
